Banned From This Site?

I've received a couple emails of members that say they were banned from this site - has anyone else received any of these messages?
Since the site's upgrade there is a security implementation for flooding, referrers, spam, bots, and whatnot - and it automatically bans via ip address - now normally they way it works is that if someone on this site clicks through more than 3 times in 2 seconds it will issue a warning - and then a second warning - and asks you to wait about 8 seconds - the 3rd warning is a 24-hour ban - it was implemented to keep the server integretity and keep the site running smoothly.
If anyone has been banned please let me know - and please especially let me know if you have received any warning prior to being "banned."

"Bear With Me" Logs 200 Episodes

After just over five years, Bruin's on-line comic strip "Bear With Me" logs its 200th episode.
"Bear With Me" started as a feature of an on-line news website, Midwest Ursine, back in 2002. In 2004, the webmaster for that site changes the site's focus and Bruin decided to post "Bear With Me" on an independant site. With help from INSIDE Bear's host, emanoyhl, the current home for the strip was built.
Over the past five years, "Bear With Me" has gone through several changes. It started off in black and white, but converted to color within the first dozen episodes. The most striking change has taken place in the past couple weeks, as Bruin has set aside his colored pencils for digital coloring tools. The story lines have also evolved, from single-episodic gags to long, involved story arcs: The three-day Bear Fair weekend took the better part of a year to tell. Ed's bar was damaged by fire, torn down and rebuilt as part of the Phoenix Center, which also houses the up-scale dance bar, Phoenix Rising, Forrest's cab company, Triangle Taxi, and has space for a variety of LGBT support groups. The end of 2006 saw the shy florist, Paul's, secret yearning for our hero Andy pay big dividends when it was revealed that Andy shared those same feelings.
Bruin readily acknowledges that the stories, not the artwork, drive the success of "Bear With Me", and that it is the characters and their interactions that bring readers back. He hopes to continue to hold the readers' interests with interesting plot turns, while touching on subjects near and dear to their hearts. To answer an oft-asked question, Bruin replies, "Yes, Andy and Paul will very likely end up together...just not as quickly, easily, or in the way you expect. You'll have to keep reading to find out how it plays out."

Happy New Year everyone!
Sorry for the late message here - I tried sending out a newsletter to wish you all a great start to the new year - but - it failed to send - and it was lengthy, and I didn't feel like retyping it - lol 
So, anyways! Until I resolve that problem - I figured I'll type it here 
Hope everyone has an excellent start to the new year - and I hope we can make this year an even better one for INSIDE Bear!

Ok, the website has been updated - but now noticing tiny bugs - for example, the shoutblock is now not working - lol just what I need....
If anyone has any other problems with this site with posting, shouting, etc...

I want to say thank you to all of you for making this site enjoyable and worthwhile
I do apologize to those of you who had sent emails to me - and I haven't replied in a couple months - things have been busy and besides that - I just realized I never included the webmaster email for here to be checked on my home computer - and wondered "wow, no emails" - so I checked on my server and noticed the size of the mailbox - oopsie
If anyone emailed me - sorry! I just replied to everyone this evening - also - if anyone would like their account removed, or need account help - just PM me - it's a lot faster
