I've noticed, going through the member list, that a fair number of members' contact addresses/websites are not personal sites. They're for bear groups, or businesses, or even other bear sites. Before charging a monthly fee for Inside Bear, why not contact those "non-personal" members and ask them to pony up a fee, since you're providing them witih what is, in effect, free advertising?
