Todd Bennett resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia and is a freelance writer/editor specializing in lifestyle features and news. Todd�s interest in journalism began as an adolescent when he would phone in news tips to the local radio station�s news department. Todd�s father was a volunteer fireman, so armed with a scanner and an �inside source� on fires and accidents, Todd would often win the station�s �news tip� cash prize of $13.80, often times just covering the cost of the many long distance phone calls he made in an average month.� Todd's motto is �live for today and make it count.�

The club�s first Social and Introduction to the community was held December 9^th, 2000 at the Bike Stop in Center City Philadelphia. It was a small turnout of a hand-full of men with the same interest in mind�getting together with and getting to know other local bears in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
