Ειδήσεις - San Diego Bearcub Competes for Mr. International Bear/Cub
Events Hello all you cubs and Bears! My name is Jeffrey Redondo and as California Cub 2005 I am competing for the Mr. Intenational Bear Title at International Bear Rendezvous in San Franciso Feburary 16-20. I am hoping that you all will be there to help me show the bear community what I am made of.

A little about me... Being a native Californian I have experienced the state from San Francisco to San Diego were I currently reside. Growing up in Fontana, California where I moved from when I was 21 to San Francisco to experience the gay scene and to pursue my schooling, I went to school at San Francisco State and joined the gay fraternity Delta Lambda Phi. After one semester I moved to San Diego where I completed my Bachelors of Arts degree at San Diego State University.

My volunteer activities have included the American Veterans for Equal Rights at their national conference, National Gay and Lesbian Task Force Creating Change Conference in San Diego, San Diego LGBT Pride as the Parade Coordinator, San Diego County LGBT Latin Pride as the Vendor Coordinator and as the Ticket Coordinator, and the President of the LGBT Student Union at San Diego State University. I also give to the LGBT Center in San Diego, Servicemen’s Legal Defense Network and to the American Veterans for Equal Rights.

I am a passionate individual that enjoys traveling, watching movies, going to the theater and cooking. I also have a partner of 8 years and four "children" (two cats and two dogs) which I enjoy spending time with.

I hope that this information will help you talk to other bears and cubs and let them know I am very interested in helping the bear/cub community welcome in a new era of assisting others.
