News - Oh Brother!
Ok guys, this is here for those who have not received that mass-email i tried sending twice now, but I think failed...I didn't want to send another one again...
Hi everyone!! As some of you may or may have not noticed, we are back! With a brand new interface, that is similar yet different. Cleared up a lot of clutter and basically cleaned up a bunch of stuff. The Never Ending Story feature is back! Some things are different, some the same, but mostly, this website is much more easier to navigate and to interact with.
We have taken off the themes, and kept it simple, some themes weren't working as well, while others were just completely missing some links. We have categorized the Start navigational menu and made the user account more user friendly. It is now much easier to post your news and ideas.
Some new things to lookout for:
Check out the collapsible blocks, find on the top right corner of each block a gray box with a dash in it, click it, it disappeared! now click it again to maximize it! The forums now scroll in a side block which you can click the subject to take you to that particular discussion.
There is a Shoutblock, where you can shout out to anyone!
You can also delete your account by logging into your account.
The photo galleries will be back in the near future...we have come up with some clever ideas for the photo galleries as well as the Bear of the Month feature!
What else...hmmm too many to list really, so come on and log in and check it out for yourself! : )
On another note...about the site:
We at INSIDE Bear have created this website for your purpose. All you bears out there are given a voice so use this website as a tool to show that voice. If you have stories, artwork, ideas, meetings, events, or anything else you would like to share, please do so by clicking on Submit News on the site. You can even participate in the discussion board forums! We want this website to be one of the main resources for bears around the globe to search for news, happenings, and club events and listings to get up and off the ground. Whether you are in a bear club or not, and if you have a website or not for you or your club, this website is here for you to post yours and your clubs happenings. There are plenty of bear men out there who do not belong to a club, and have no place to go, this is the place to interact with one another.
