Movies - What have you seen and do you recommend it?

Sorry, I hate Hollywood. Far too many untalented "pretty" people for my liking and now, with the "special effects" revolution, movie makers spend WAY too much money on effects at the cost of a good story. Last movie I saw was Pan's Labyrinth. Before that I could not tell you.

Recently i watched Hot Fuzz, the movie made by the people behind Shaun of the dead and the Tv comady spaced. it used the same jokes as ther other movie but was still funny in a brash slapstick kind of way.

watched 300 this past weekend - was really awesome - it was visually stunning!!! saw it at a digital theatre so it was like watching it on high-def Smile

i'd recommend it - nice looking men too Smile

hehe - it wasn't as gory as i expected but pretty violent...
