is anyone out there truly satisfied with their job?
i mean really
how many of you out there are actually into a job you really enjoy, or at least are your own boss?
i work for the state here and it is soooo very boring and leaves me empty...which is why i work a lot on this site (even though i don't get paid for it and the rewards are very little to none - of course its great meeting new people but the site isn't all that productive lately)
so until i become my own boss or find another job, i am truly unhappy
what about you?

When I first started my job I had trust and compasion for my fellow man. Ten years here had beaten all that out of me

Mine stems from the fact that I know that I'm helping folks by what I'm doing, but I'm not being utilized to the most that I know I can be. Really love the environment, but sometimes the co-workers make the baseline even lower...

10 years with intel, No plans on quiting any time soon. But I would rather just stay at home and work on cars. But then I've done that and did not like being dirty every day. So how do I get that Money for Nothing?

During the school year, I am just a student, though I hope to get a job with the security department next semester... but anyway- when I am at my job, I pretty much loath every second. I've been working there so long, however, that my hours and hourly wages are too good to quit. oh well.

I have been dealing with that issue myself. My job isn't even what I went to school for.

It is sad to know many people do not love their job(s), One would wish the world were based in a more win-win, encouragement situation.
But.....I love my work - I am my own boss (I see clients in several different cities in the US). I help all varities of people, some who are almost beyond help, so it is very rewarding; It pays very well and I have some high-profile clients that are really nice folks. I do get tired at times and want to take more vacations with a special lover I have not yet found........
