ok, im young and in the part of my life where growing hair on my face is dificult.
but thats not whats bugging me. i know i wont ever grow any real body hair, and thats a pain because i really like body hair.

i checked everywhere on the net and it only seems to come up with ways of getting rid or hair.
im doing what my friend sugested and shaving it off simply so it will grow back thicker, and its working, sort off,

but does anyone have any other way of getting body hair to grow?

Like you, I've never seen any ads that address wanting additional body hair.

Being an older Bear myself, my issue is with having hair come out where I have no godly use for it (What is it with hair coming out my ears???).

I have no scientific basis for this, and I strongly urge you to see a doctor before trying this, but... What about using Rogaine where you want to grow hair?

Thats a hard question. I will say that I perfer my man to be hairy, but when it comes down to it, it would not be a deciding factor...

actually i've noticed certain types of foods may actually grow hair...
strong foods like olives, cheeses, fishes - maybe it's the salt content?
hmmm i just thought of something, a friend of mine who is very hairy seems to eat a lot of salt, and i noticed when i ate some salty foods for a while i noticed some density in my hair, so not sure that's a real factor or not... i am of mediterranean decent and most mediterranean people are hairy - they eat a lot of salty things... so not sure? lol
they always say some foods/drinks "grow hair on your chest" maybe it's true?
good luck - and don't risk high blood pressure for more hair! Smile

You might have a point there. I went on the Atkins diet, where you eat lots of meats and cheeses and things like that, and I have noticed that the hair on my chest and back seems to be thicker. Now the hair on my head is another story.

Age actually is a factor, at lest from my experience. At 40 I was much hairier than I was at 25 and at 53 I am a lot hairier than I was at 40, so there is some hope. Not that you will turn into a gorilla as you get older but more hair could well show up

No. There is no realistic way to encourage body hair to grow. But hair continues to grow in many men, even as it falls off the head, on the body itself. I found my chest-hair get thicker all through my 30s.
Now, as it greys, it seems a little thinner - a perception.

Leg hair thins from rubbing in trousers. But only in those spots...
Lucky for you that there are 1000s of bear-types who are hairy who prefer their men to be rather sleek.
Bear is an attitude, one of honesty and gentleness, rather than just hair (many of us hope).
peace

I'm in the same boat as you microcub. I have some facial hair growing in (mostly beard), though it never seems to get as thick as I want it. I have very few chest hairs, a little belly hair, and... it gets really bushy below my belt.. *coughs softly* But that will be all I'll say in that area. Got some armpit hair too. And although I have hair on my legs and arms, they are the clear-blonde invisible kind. You don't see it unless you get up close.
