Does anyone really have a use for these forums?

I see other sites with forums and posting that has tons of posts, and lots of subjects, etc...

On our site - yes ours - you, me, everyone - no one seems to post... at least much... like I see on other sites.

Does anyone think this feature should be removed?

I am fairly new to this site. I stumbled on it while doing a Google search. I didn't really know there was a Gay Bear Forums. I'm not one who likes Chat type sites. I like the Forum setup. Once I get to know someone I don't mind chatting.

I am not sure what kind of advertising you do. I had not heard of this site before, so this tells me that either I am out of touch or perhaps more networking needs to be done to get the word out.

I'll link it to my Bear411 profile. I doubt many people click on it, but you never know.

i love forum posting as well - but it's pretty hard to post when no one else is posting....

but forums can't be beat...

maybe you can help beat the dry forums and create some new posts? new categories? heck, maybe even become a forum moderator

also - we do no advertising, hence not many people have heard of us...(we just can't afford it)

Well - the pictures are of my Dad's farm in Eastern Washington State. I drove over there from Portland, Oregon for a few days. I'm kind of a city boy. I love the country, but I need to be able to walk a few blocks and find a 7-Eleven for my daily dose of soda.

I tried adding the link in bear411 - didn't show up when I went and checked it out. I'll try it again.

Totally keep the forums!!! I know I will be checking back everyday knowing that there is some action here!!!

I think that the forums are great. I check to see if there is anything new at least once a day. I wish more would participate but in time they will.

maybe reorganize the site? i dunno - i also get frustrated (see balto's post on "i don't get it") - any suggestion would be awesome
